They have said I can escalate the matter to their American office. When I highlighted to them the user manual AND PACKAGING stated a UK customer service address in Coventry England, they just said the UK customer service is no longer active and they will take no further action to rectify the problem until the headphone is returned to Ireland address. I packed up the headphone and wrote out the UK address, but they insisted the headphones to be returned to them to an Ireland address before they will dispatch the replacement headphone. The UK phone number is no longer active, and the only way to contact them is via email. The original packaging also emphasize on UK customer support.
